| AIRTEL'S NEW
OFFER |
The
tough competition between the cellular service providers
has become a boon to the customers. AirTel
has introduced a novel scheme 'A.P. STD Free',
to take on its rivals in a bigway. Under this scheme
AirTel customers can make calls to any landline
phone in any of the 24 AirTel towns and cities
at local call rates.
The
STD free scheme is certainly beneficial to the AirTel
customers since they could save substantially on
their cellular expenses. Previously, if a customer
in Hyderabad was to call his friend in Visakhapatnam,
it would have cost him Rs. 52.80, whereas now, he
has to pay a mere Rs. 13.20 for a three-minute call.
Presently, the facility is available in Hyderabad,
Visakhapatnam, Viajayawada, Guntur, Nellore, Tirupati,
Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Warangal, Khammam, Bhimavaram,
Anakapalli, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Anantapur, Cudappah,
Ongole, Chittoor, Tenali and Kurnool.
