Since then the company came up with several media firsts : the first colour directory, the first city encyclopedia - CD-ROM, the first brand poster...........

After 15 years in the publishing business, we were looking for opportunities
in new media. And the web gave us just what we were looking
for, in terms of widening domain expertise.

The web also gave us the opportunity to redefine our identity and extend the scope of our operations. So, almost overnight, Deccan Yellow Pages became “Indias-Best.Com”. A dynamic new portal that will soon have a window to the big cities of India.

The company retains its core competency; that of providing media solutions. Except that, now it has included the cyberspace in its fold.

Indias-Best.Com will provide media solutions across 14 cities. Each city will have its own portal, its own magazine and its own city poster-cum-calendar. Additionally, it will also market a CD-ROM, which will showcase the best of these14 cities, and an annual e-commerce directory - e-pages, which will be like the Yellow Pages of those organisations found on the net.
