Cybertech Ltd integrates different departments into
one cohesive unit for easier management. The software,
which is an intranet based solution, features eight modules.
That is Library, Laboratory, Academic Schedule, Student,
Employee, Accounting, Examinations and Communications
that cover the key functions and departments of a campus.
"It will be very useful for college management with
huge campuses and a large umber of students as they can
retrieve the information sitting in a room at the click
of the mouse," says Mr CC Reddy, Chairman,

to suit the specific needs of educational institutions
and they can select the module they wish to implement
rather than the entire package", he added
 The
module on "Student Information System" documents total
information of each individual student regarding his or
her academics and personal and attendance information.
It incorporates standard reporting system and additional
reports can be customized. Similarly, the "Laboratory
Management" module provides for total control of lab operations
using time, process and inventory control mechanisms.
It schedules student timings for lab usage, checks the
stock maintenance of materials and logs laboratory transfers
and other movements. Another module, "Library Management,"
is a powerful tool to control library operations. It provides
information on books, journals, CDs, maintains database
of student information, including library cards, and its
web features allow the students to reserve books online.
