art facilities, including Digital Video camera, Sound
editing and postproduction suite, advanced systems
with SGI workstations, library of print and
digital, reference and research materials and
much more.
 Nine
hundred artists, animators and IT Professionals work full
time to create 2D, 3D animations, printed material like
children's story books, greeting cards, animation magazine
as well as digital products like educational, entertainment
and games CDs. Colour Chips also draws creativity from
a pool of freelance cartoonists, painters, artists and
writers.
Other services offered by the company include CG imagery
and modelling, video games, post production and
SFX and Motion Capture. The company's subsidiary,
UBC Feature  World,
is one of the largest cartoon feature syndication
company in India, whose cartoons are used by nearly 40
dailies and periodicals. The company has a bank of 240
title features and a product design unit for merchandising
products. The company plans to provide web designing,
development and hosting services. Also in the cards are
training programmes to be conducted by US / Canadian
