Compudyne offers two types of services. Annual
Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Call based service.
Under AMC scheme, the company will charge Rs. 2,500
per annum for a pentium system. For 132 column printer
they charge Rs. 1500 and 80 column Rs. 1000 per
annum. Also they have a comprehensive AMC scheme
which includes free replacement of spare parts except
plastic spares and hard disk media. If you are not
a AMC subscriber, Compudyne charges a minimum of
Rs. 350 (exclusive of spare parts) per call.
 It
has got its repute in many huge organisations and
software firms in the twin cities and at present
more than 800 systems are under Compudyne care.
