Bison
Panel - a cement bonded particle board
combines the strength of cement and work ability
of wood. The multipurpose building panel made
of wood particles bonded together with Portland
cement, is highly compressed and heat treated
during the manufacturing process. This unique
combination and the process adopted gives the
panel exceptional properties that are not found
in any building boards. Bison Panel comes in a
range of thickness from 6mm to 40 mm in plain
or sanded surface.
This
superlative product is introduced for the first
time in India by NCL Industries Limited, Hyderabad
in technical collaboration with Bison Werke
of Germany the world leaders in building boards.
The board is manufactured confirming to ISO standards
and is regularly exported to Singapore, Philippines,
Srilanka, Dubai, Israel, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia
and Bahrain.

suitable for replacing wood based panels for doors,
windows, shutters, cupboards and table tops. Doors
can be made with Bison Panel in variety of combinations
of frame materials like wood, aluminum or steel
profiles as panel doors or flush doors. When suitably
laminated or tiled, Bison Panel can add new attraction
to the houses, offices, commercial centers, hospitals
and public buildings. Bison Panel is
similar to timber or wood in work ability. It
can be cut with normal wood working tools. Bison
Panel can be drilled with hand or power drills
and it can also be nailed or fastened with screws.
Bison Panel can be surfaced and laminated with
a variety of materials like tiles and foils.
An eco friendly product, Bison Panel can also
be used for external applications. "Bison
Panel with its exceptional property of weather
resistance is best suited for all exterior applications.
Its unique water resistant property would find
it ideal for humid and wet areas and it is used
for wall and roof panels in farm houses, dairies,

the boards suffer warping and bulging when they
are wet, but in Bison Panel the occurrence of
this phenomenon is least", adds Mr Sharma.
Bison Panel also protects the cup boards from
the menace of termites and it is safe from fire.
