During the 50 years of its existence, the
Badruka Educational Society has seen a phenomenal
growth. Starting with a modest beginning of just 20 students
in two Intermediate courses, functioning in a hired building,
the Society today has to its credit, Graduate, Post-Graduate
and professional courses in seven of its institutes
and over 4000 students.
The Badruka group of colleges consists of-
Badruka College of Commerce and
Arts (BCCA)
Rated by the India Today as one of the
Top Ten Colleges for commerce education in India, the
college has 2000 students on its rolls. It has a well-stocked
library with over 40,000 books, that was built with funding
from the University Grants Commission. The Non-resident
Centre, offers a venue for students to relax between
classes. Apart from the B.Com degrees, the college
offers vocational courses in Advertising and Sales
Promotion and Sales Management. A course in
Computers, is also offered along with the B.Com degree.
Badruka College PG Center (BCPGC)
This college was established in 1984 and offers a
P.G Diploma in Taxation, Industrial Relations
and Personnel Management and Corporate Secretaryship
( that is affiliated to the Osmania University). It
also offers an MBA that is approved by the AICTE.
Bankatlal Badruka College for Information Technology (BBCIT)
Established in 1990, this institute has a state-of-
the-art computer laboratory, with more than fifty computers.
They offer diploma courses in Programming Engineering,
apart from courses in BSc and MCA.
Badruka Institute of Consultancy and Research (BICR)
This institute has been started to conduct executive and
management development programmes and carry out market
research. Several market surveys have been undertaken
by this insitute for various industries.
Badruka Insitute of Professional Studies
This institute offers coaching for the Chartered
Accountancy (CA) Intermediate examination
and Final examination and has been accredited
by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India,
New Delhi for this purpose.
Badruka Junior College for Girls
This college with Commerce as the main subject,
was set up in July 1994.
The Baruka college has about forty permanent lecturers,
who have been with the institute for nearly two decades.
