Johnson
Grammar School is the first among all schools that
follows ICSE syllabus in Hyderabad to be
awarded with ISO 9002 certificate. Johnson Pre-School
emerged on the education scene at the Nursery level in
pursuit of excellent education. The school was founded
under the aegis of Johnson Educational Society
by Mr.S.R.N.Mudiraj. This cradle of learning is
named after Dr.Samuel Johnson, a literary giant
of the 18th Century.
The
success of Johnson Pre-School gave the impetus to the
promotion of Johnson Grammar School in 1979. Owing
to the untiring and strenuous efforts of the school authorities
and dedicated staff, the school always registers cent
per cent results in the public examinations with a minumum
of 70% of the students passing with distinction. The excellent
performance in successive years proves the effective interaction
between the teacher and the taught. The school assists
individuals of all ages to discover and to realise their
potential and mould them as learning people rather than
just learned people.
The
syllabus is completely skill and knowledge oriented, but
not just content and memory based. Regular educational
visits and field trips are being organised as a part of
the curriculum. More than this, an ample opportunity is
given to every child, to develop the latent creativity
in the form of art, music and dance which are incorporated
in the daily schedule.
