It
is common to see veteran musicians enthralling the audiences
by their performances. Most of the music organisations
also arrange recitals by only by renowned personalities.
So, what about the upcoming artists? Who will take care
of them? An answer to these questions is Swaranjali,
a music organisation, which is offering opportunities
to the young upcoming artists.
Established by a young musician G. Jaywant in 1995,
Swaranjali is dedicated to the cause of music, dance and
all other performing arts. Right from its installation,
it has 
organised programmes of the upcoming artists and
has won the hearts of the Hyderabadis.Some of its highly
acclaimed programes include the two-day festival - 'Music
for peace and harmony' that had Jaywant giving a
Hindustani music recital on the Hawaiian Guitar
and veteran B. Vaidyanathan giving a scintillating
Carnatic vocal and Prof. K.G. Vijaykrishnan playing
the veena. Swaranjali's 'Festival of music for peace'
presented in 1999, dedicated to 'Amar Jawans of
Kargil' (Those wholost their lives in Kargil war was
also widely appreciated..

Among other activities of Swaranjali are periodical
awarding of awards and citations to deserving young artists
and conducting essay writing competitions. It is also
planning to train talented youngsters in music. Surely,
talent does need encouragement. Like, in the form of Swaranjali.
