 The
choice of cars for the Hyderabadi buyer has widened
with the launch of two new improved models from the
'The World's Most Beautiful Car', Matiz. On August 25,
DAEWOO launched two new models named S.P.I.C.E that
stands for Safety, Power, Innovation, Comfort, and Economy.
Available in SA and SG varieties, the model aims to
counter the competition from the other small cars.
The cars are available in contemporary colours. Though
similar to the Matiz in appearance, the interiors are
different. The SA model  is
fitted with power steering, power windows, rear wiper,
in-built air conditioner and an anti theft alarm. The
SG variety lacks the central door locking system, front
power windows and anti theft alarm system. The ex-showroom
price of the SA model is Rs.4,03,240 while the SG model
costs Rs.3,50,240.
