CHERISH THAT EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME
Motherhood - A great responsibility
In the
early months of pregnancy, the mother-to-be can try and
adjust her household and outside work in such a way that
physical strain is kept to the minimum. All work must
be done in a methodical manner without hurry. Where eating
is concerned, whatever agrees with you can be consumed.

Eat orange and red coloured vegetables to reduce
anaemic levels. But just keep one thing in mind -
you can never find out from any literature or any person
about looking after your own baby. That can be done only
by you experimenting with your own child, right from holding
it to feeding it. Do as your heart says. And last but
not the least, don't be afraid of making mistakes.

First and foremost, try those exercises
suggested by your gynaec. They really work!
Keep yourself fit, that is the only way to
keep that flab off your body.
Do
not eat anything that causes indigestion.
Instead
of ghee, try using fresh coconut in the meal.
This will control the body heat as well as
keep weight in control.
Use
jaggery (brown sugar) instead of sugar wherever
possible.
Massage
lightly before a bath to increase blood circulation. |
