chairs, tables, almirahs, but presently they are actively
involved in manufacturing office furniture and computer
furniture and heavy duty pallet racks with a storage
capacity of ten tonnes. "Our products are not
very expensive and offer maximum benefits to the customers.
They can be easily assembled or dismantled and can be
accommodated in the narrow spaces of our homes and offices
without any difficulty," says Mr Narayana
Rao, who promises a guarantee period of ten years on
Jivan Steel products.
 Jivan
Steels understands the needs and requirements of the
customers very well. With its quality products, the
Company has established a good rapport with its customers,
thereby gathering an impressive clientele which includes
some of the big names in the private as well as the
government sector. The list includes ICRISAT, ONGC,
ECIL, DMRL, NFC, NRSA, GSI, Singareni Collieries Ltd,
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, National Thermal Power
Corporation (NTPC), Security Printing Press, Allahabad
Bank, Canara Bank, Andhra Bank, Defense Research and
Development Laboratory (DRDL) and Bharat Dynamics Limited
(BDL) to name a few. Jivan Steels has its factory
at Ramachandrapuram near BHEL which is modern
and equipped with sophisticated equipment. It uses the
raw material brought either form the Steel Authority
of India Ltd or imported from countries like Belgium,
Austria, Japan and Germany. It exports its products
to South Africa, Dubai and other foreign countries.
Recognizing the efforts of Mr U Narayana Rao many private
and government organizations have honoured him with
prestigious awards. Mr Narayana Rao is also the founder
president of Lions Club, King Kothi.
